Kelly has a cookie exchange tomorrow, and wants to make Peanut Butter Fedge. It's not a cookie, but it's so delish it'll do...
3 c. Sugar
3/4 Butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2c. (12oz) peanut butter chips
2c. (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Stir sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 2 qt. glass measure. Microwave 9-10 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
Stir in chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
Spread in a greased 9x13" pan. Cool. Cut. Store in refrigerator.
Note: Taste fudge, before chips are added, from a thoothpick dipped in hot mixture. If one feels a graininess on the tongue, the fudge needs to be cooked longer.

Thanks Mark! You're the greatest! I'll save you a piece and if they serve any Rolo/pretzel non-cookies at the cookie exchange, I'll save one of those for you too.
